SURFACE PROTECTION
Electrostatic powder coating
We offer our current and future customers the service of aluminum powder coating as the most prevalent method of surface protection for metals. It is based on electrostatic powder application and the polymerization of the powder at a predetermined temperature. The coated layer of aluminum, in addition to being excellent protection against corrosion, is resistant to heat and various external influences. We provide this service for profiles up to a maximum length of 7000 mm. The process is certified according to the Qualicoat standard.
Decorating
Our production line allows for the application of decorative foils inspired by nature, specifically the wood effect.
Anodizing / Anodization
Anodizing is a process that creates a protective oxide layer on the surface of aluminum. This layer increases the corrosion resistance of aluminum and enhances its hardness, durability, and visual appearance.
We offer anodized profiles in lengths up to 8000 mm in various colors: C-0, C-31, C-32, C-33, C-34, C-35, C-1, C-2, C-3.
The maximum thickness of the anodized layer can be up to 25 µm.
MACHINING
Our services encompass a wide range of precise CNC machining services, including cutting, milling, drilling, punching, and many other advanced options tailored to the specific needs of our clients.
THERMAL BRIDGE
A thermal bridge is a technology that interrupts the transfer of heat through aluminum profiles using thermal breaks, such as polyamide strips of various sizes.
Polyamide strips withstand high temperatures, the powder coating process, and anodizing, while their thinness ensures high resistance to tearing, abrasion, and aging.
