Quality Control

Quality assurance procedures are aligned with manufacturing processes and customer requirements, following ISO 9001 and EN 15088 certification standards and procedures.

The Ascona device is used for control through sampling, where manual inspection represents the most effective method for identifying profile issues. This device is located directly at the production site, enabling quick assessment and detection of compliance.

Ascona is an optical measuring system that ensures a high level of precision in dimensional checks and provides reliable results for each individual measurement. Additionally, with Ascona, we can perform reverse engineering, which allows us to better understand and reproduce complex profiles.

To ensure the quality of our products, we use many tools and equipment, including calipers, hardness testers, protractors, tensile testers, paint thickness gauges, gloss meters, and roughness testers. These methods help us guarantee the highest quality of every product.
